Presentation | Constitutional Court

The presentation of the collective monograph “Scientific Concept of the Development of Ukrainian Legislation” was held at the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, prepared by the Institute of Lawmaking and Scientific and Legal Expertise of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with the participation of leading Ukrainian lawyers.

The event was attended by judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, members of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as scholars from leading law schools of Ukraine.

The event was given special significance by the fact that the presentation took place within the walls of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and became the first joint event of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine dedicated to discussing the conceptual foundations of the development of national legislation.
