On the eve of the fourth anniversary of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine, on February 23, 2026, the Justice Conference was held in Kyiv – a flagship international platform dedicated to a global dialogue on the rule of law, the restoration of justice and fairness in the conditions of war and the post-war transformation of Ukraine.
The organizers of the conference were the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the NGO “Tribunal” (Ukraine) and the NGO Justice and Accountability for Ukraine (Great Britain).
The Justice Conference became a point of coordination of political and legal decisions on the creation of the Special Tribunal, the formation of a compensation architecture and practical steps towards the return of illegally abducted Ukrainian children.
Representatives of the Ukrainian authorities, international institutions, the diplomatic corps, human rights organizations, the legal community, business and civil society took part in the event.
