Yuliia Patii

Yuliia has long management experience and transformational experience in companies and projects. She is engaged in strategic planning and company promotion, professional and personal development of the team, implement the functional management of administrative areas.

In 2019, Yuliia was named the ‘Best CEO in the Ukrainian legal market’ according to the PLS TOP Teams Awards, and the development department team of AVER LEX entered the highest Platinum League for the third year in a row (2017-2019).

Also, she was awarded special honours in the nomination ‘The Best Strategic Development Specialist’ (2018), ‘Best Niche Law Firm Promotion Specialist’ (2016), ‘The Breakthrough of the Year’ (2015), and in the TOP-5 of the best specialists in promotion legal business (2014). AVER LEX won the nomination ‘The most PR-active law firm’ twice in a row (2016-2017).

Yuliia is interested in psychology and knows how to find the right approach to each team member. She is often a mentor for most employees in different lifestyle and workstyle.

Yuliia regularly initiates involvement the firm to social projects into the environment, educational, healthcare and providing assistance to children. Most of these projects have not a charitable or inspiring meaning only, but they are also aimed at achieving their heart’s desire.

She has actively published her articles in specialized and business magazines, and also often shares personal insights as a speaker and moderator of events on the topic of business development and promotion.
